Welcome to Supernova Jewelry. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Supernova Jewelry. Supernova Jewelry operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered to you (collectively, the “Services”).

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and Services to you.

Because jewelry may contain handcrafted or naturally varying elements, minor variations between pieces may occur where applicable.

Product descriptions, availability, specifications, prices, and other product information may be updated or corrected without prior notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable product description, jewelry karat, material, size, weight, dimensions, stone information, and other product-specific characteristics are described on the relevant product page.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.

Payment must be successfully authorized or otherwise confirmed before an order is processed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any amount due back to you will be returned using the applicable payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing times.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Except where otherwise required by applicable law, purchases are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method. Eligible items may qualify for an exchange or store credit when the requirements and deadlines stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy are satisfied.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice. The price charged for an item will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or listing errors as permitted by applicable law.

Unless otherwise indicated, displayed product prices do not include applicable sales taxes or other charges that may be calculated at checkout.

Orders are shipped according to the shipping methods and estimated delivery timeframes presented by Supernova Jewelry.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, service disruptions, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping information. Once an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Shipping-related issues, including packages that arrive damaged, incorrect items, or other delivery problems, should be reported to us promptly so that we can review the circumstances and determine the appropriate resolution.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND STORE CREDIT

Due to the nature and value of fine jewelry, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Eligible items may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Returned jewelry must meet all eligibility requirements stated in that policy, including requirements concerning condition, signs of wear, alterations, packaging, and prior return authorization.

Personalized, engraved, altered, resized, custom-made, special-order, and items specifically identified as “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchange or store credit, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
